All billing and usage information is managed at the organization level.
Viewing your plan#
Go to Settings > Billing to see:
- Your current plan and its limits
- Your next billing date
- Subscription actions, including payment and invoice management through Stripe
Viewing usage#
Go to Settings > Usage to see:
- Current project and clipping usage
- AI Visibility project usage
- AI Visibility credits used this month
- Expected monthly AI Visibility credit usage
Changing your plan or licenses#
Use the billing page actions to manage your subscription in Stripe or contact us for plan and license changes.
Canceling your subscription#
Organization admins can cancel an active subscription directly under Settings > Billing. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog; the subscription and full access remain active until the end of the current billing period. Until then, an admin can resume the subscription from the same page and keep its normal renewal date.
Invoices#
Invoices are managed through the Stripe billing portal, which you can open from the billing page.
Payment method#
aclipp uses Stripe for secure payment processing. You can update your payment method from the billing page at any time.
Available payment methods depend on your Stripe customer settings.
